The location is convenient, surrounded by 7-11s and Korean restaurants. However, the area outside is dusty, and the hotel's outdated decor and manual keys could use an upgrade. Enjoyed the hash browns from the 24-hour restaurant, but the limited complimentary water and noise from the pool were minor inconveniences.

great service but some small room issues

The service was truly exceptional, especially Roxy from the restaurant. She went above and beyond to help when I injured my finger, showing kindness you rarely see. The food was AMAZING! ! Also, I loved the garden view from my deluxe room which made for some lovely mornings.

A hidden gem featuring a 2.8m deep pool that truly stands out! The staff exude warmth and friendliness. they even arranged for my forgotten luggage to be sent to Manila. The restaurant has great food and service. If you're looking for personalized care, this hotel nails it!

During my recent stay, I loved how easy it was to wander to local eateries and explore the nearby zoocobia Fun Zoo, which was just a short 10-minute walk away. the friendly staff always made me feel at home and were full of great recommendations for nearby spots.
